I needed help with excess junk in a short time frame. Website was detailed and the service was exactly what I was looking for. Phoned for some clarification, quick response from Tony. Willingly to help, informative, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Team was punctual, efficient turn around and very polite. Great result. Estimated cost was spot on. Time on location was minimal, hard workers on hand. Arrived with 2x trucks and loader and plenty of hands to sort the junk. Daniel and Harvey of Tidy Up were courteous and efficiently emptied a bin and placed contents in a truck. They were at my place within the advised time, also giving a call stating on the way and expect us in 45 minutes.My first contact was Tony who answered the phone and gave me details of what to expect, time frame and cost. He also gave a commitment that the garden refuse would be removed the next day, which it was.

Absolutely thrilled with the services offered by Jordan and his team member. The guys had a mammoth task of removing a very heavy glass table over 85kgs for the glass top. Freely admit I was a bit shocked to pay $470 to remove green waste that Melville council used to take three times a year for free. However, the two nicest blokes showed up on a next day booking and took away half a truck load that probably would have taken me 3-4 one hour return trips to the tip with a box trailer plus the time taken to load it on a hot afternoon.You get what you pay for with Tidy-Up.

Had quite a lot of junks and old furnitures to get rid of piled up over the years and can’t be bothered to get a skip bin from the council thinking all the stories we heard and witnessed about illegal dumping. Got a quote from them with some photos was surprised how much less than I thought it’ll cost so went ahead and booked it in for collection the next day.The team(Kai and another nice gentleman we didn’t get his name, sorry) was punctual and friendly, gave us a final quote before the removal. They take good care of your unwanted items as well as upmost caution to not damage your house during the process. The best thing is all the unwanted items will be properly recycled or repurposed, they even have a shop for just this purpose.This is actually the second time we used their service, the first time was over 9 years ago. It’s wonderful to see how much their business has grown but they still stay ethical, low price and professional. Wouldn’t even have second thought to use their service again, not having to lift a finger and not having to deal with illegal dumping is just great!Thank you Tidy Up👍
