We had Tidy Up to our home today and cannot fault them. Stu and Beau attended and were efficient, polite and great to deal with. Tidy up managed to fit us in on the same day as our enquiry which was so helpful to us. Communication with Ray at the office was a breeze. While a little on the expensive side, the fact that you don’t have to double handle things to put in a skip bin , know that things will be recycled where appropriate and have the mental stress of decluttering taken away makes it totally worthwhile. Definitely recommend.

Great service. Sent online contact form, called back same day, and arranged pick up following day. On the day, phoned to let us know 10 mins away, then upon arrival, introduced themselves, friendly and polite. They, assessed the stuff to get rid of, gave us updated price, which as they could recycle all of it, was lower than original quote. Within 20 mins it was all gone! 100% recommend, will use again without hesitation, and great to support a family run local company.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, job was tackled with gusto and remaining mess cleaned up satisfactorily. One star lost for lack of communication; I was given a 2 hour window between 13:00 and 15:00, I heard nothing by 14:30 so phoned the office to be told the crew was running late and would be on site in an hour. They phoned me at 16:00 to say they would be on site in 15 minutes and were true to this estimate. I left work early to be at home at 13:00 and an earlier call within the given window would have been appreciated.

Superb service! I was a bit hesitant when I was told about the additional labour fees (around $50 per 15 mins) but they were done and dusted in a blink and my old fridge, mattress and rug were gone so J didn’t have to pay anything extra. Well worth paying for to have my old bulky items taken away and I would recommend them to anyone!
